Operator Fee Sample Clauses

Operator Fee. The Owner shall pay to the Operator the base Operator Fee of $400,000 per calendar year, in equal quarterly installments in arrears (prorated for any partial quarterly period between the Effective Date and the first day of the next full Calendar Quarter), due and payable on the first day of the following Calendar Quarter until such time as this Agreement is terminated as provided for in Article 5 or 6. Such fee is not subject to escalation.

Operator Fee. It is not intended that Anadolun acting as Operator shall profit nor suffer any loss by virtue of it acting in its capacity as Anadolun. The Accounting Procedure provides for the manner in which Anadolun will account for Expenses expended for operations contemplated in this Lease, including reasonable ordinary course administrative services, overhead and expenses related to serving as Anadolun.

Operator Fee. Owner shall pay to Operator an Operator Fee equal to $45,000.00 per year for rendering the management services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; payable monthly in advance as follows: (i) $3,750.00 on November 1, 2003, and (ii) $3,750.00 on the first day of each next month until the end of the Term. Of the monthly Operator Fees, $1,667 is allocated to services in managing the Residences and $2,083 is allocated to services in managing the Carriage House Inn.

Operator Fee. (i) IMG, in its capacity as the Operator, agrees to waive the Operator's Fee it is entitled to under Section 7 of the Joint Venture Agreement until the earlier of the Repurchase Date or the payment of the amounts set out in Section 2(d)(ii) on the Outside Repurchase Date.
