Management and Operations of Business Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all powers to control and manage the business and affairs of the Partnership shall be vested exclusively in the General Partner; the Limited Partner shall not have any power to control or manage the Partnership.

Obligations of the Service Provider 3.1. Any Card we supply to you is our property and must be returned to us, or to any person whom we authorize to act as our agent, or to any person who is authorized to honor the Card, immediately according to instructions. Obligations of Management Each officer and key employee of the Company is currently devoting substantially all of his or her business time to the conduct of the business of the Company.
