Common use of Operations Covered Clause in Contracts

Operations Covered. The execution of this Addendum on the part of the Employer shall cover all part-time employees of the Employer in the bargaining unit at any centers, new centers, buildings, and any other operations of the Employer within the jurisdiction of the Local Unions signa- tory to this Sort Addendum as determined or may be determined by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, with regard to wages, hours and other conditions of employment.
