Common use of Operational Review Meetings Clause in Contracts

Operational Review Meetings. The Parties will hold Weekly Operational Meetings and Monthly Operational Review Meetings (as defined below in this Paragraph 2) involving the Supplier’s framework management team and attended by the Framework Manager. The content of these meetings will include the information required in Paragraphs 2.7 and 2.9. Weekly operational meetings will take place throughout the Term and for such period thereafter as the Authority (acting reasonably) considers necessary (“Weekly Operational Meetings”). Weekly Operational Meetings will normally be held by video-conference or teleconference. The exact timings of such Weekly Operational Meetings will be determined by the Authority from time to time. Flexibility from both Parties will be expected over the frequency, timings and content of these reviews. Each Weekly Operational Meeting will consider and review as a minimum: Issues Register; and any new business; plus any other matters which the Authority wishes to raise at such meeting. Monthly operational review meetings will take place throughout the Term and for such period thereafter as the Authority (acting reasonably) considers necessary (“Monthly Operational Review Meetings”). Each Monthly Operational Review Meeting will be held at either the Authority’s or the Supplier’s premises as determined by the Authority. The exact timings of such Monthly Operational Review Meetings will be determined by the Authority from time to time. Flexibility from both Parties will be expected over the frequency, timings and content of these reviews. Each Monthly Operational Review Meeting will consider and review as a minimum: the Supplier’s monthly report, including: new business Registrations; pricing performance (for new Sites); Customer debt and the managed recovery of customer debt; and objection reports for Site additions and new connections; the MI dashboard (a pro-forma of which is set out in the Reporting Documents), including: assessment of compliance against KPIs; incident and problem management including supplier helpdesk performance; and identification of Query patterns. Customer matters including: meetings with Customers undertaken by Supplier and agreed outcomes; Contracted Customers at risk of issuing notices of termination under any Customer Contract; potential avenues of new business and new Customers; actions against any planned meeting schedule; and trading activities pursuant to Schedule 3. progress made by the Supplier against the requirements of the then current Supplier Action Plan; and progress made by the Supplier against the requirements of the then current Continuous Improvement Plan.
