Implementation of adjusted DPS Maximum Charging Thresholds. 3.1 Variations to the DPS Maximum Charging Threshold will take effect on a date determined by CCS. 3.2 Variations do not affect the Charges payable by a Customer under a Contract which had already been agreed before the variation takes effect. 3.3 Any variation to the Charges payable under a Contract must be agreed in writing between the Supplier and the relevant Customer and implemented in accordance with the provisions applicable to the Contract.
