OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE. The Administration Committee will administer ▇▇▇▇ Elective Deferrals in accordance with applicable regulations or other binding authority not reflected in this Section 14. Any applicable regulations or other binding authority shall supersede any contrary provisions of this Section 14.
