Common use of Operation and Maintenance Data Clause in Contracts

Operation and Maintenance Data. Data furnished by the manufacturer, or the system provider, to the equipment operating and maintenance personnel, including manufacturer’s help and product line documentation necessary to maintain and install the equipment, and needed by operating and maintenance personnel for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the item. The data is intended to be incorporated in an operations and maintenance manual or control system. Furnish two hard copies and one electronic copy.
