Operation and Maintenance Data. (a) The Contractor shall furnish complete and necessary data for the operation, repair, and maintenance of each operating component of the Work (hereinafter referred to as “the Data”). The Data shall include prints of shop drawings, “as-installed” conditions, sources of equipment and principal materials, specified tests and performance data, repair and maintenance data, lubrication instructions and recommendations, parts lists, and other catalog data or information required to operate and maintain any part of the Work. Care shall be taken to include all pertinent data and to exclude inapplicable or duplicative information.
Operation and Maintenance Data. (a) EPC Contractor shall furnish , in electronic format, shop drawings, “as-installed” conditions, CAD files, sources of equipment and principal materials, vendor recommended maintenance schedules, vendor repair and maintenance data, vendor lubrication instructions and recommendations, parts lists, and other catalog data or information within EPC Contractor’s custody and control, required to operate and maintain any part of the Work (herein the “Data”). Care shall be taken to include all pertinent data and to exclude inapplicable or duplicate information.
Operation and Maintenance Data. Contractor shall obtain data from various manufacturers and submit instruction, operation, and maintenance manuals to HFC, to the extent required under the Specifications. Each manual shall have an index listing the contents.
Operation and Maintenance Data. The Contractor shall compile data and related information appropriate for the Owner’s record, maintenance and operation of products, equipment, materials and systems furnished under the Contract. This shall include as-built drawings.
Operation and Maintenance Data. (a) Installation information for all machinery and equipment also shall be kept on the site of the Work during construction. All such information shall be provided in electronic form (original Word or Office document or scan).

Work Specified Herein: To aid in the continued instruction of operating and maintenance personnel, and to provide a positive source of information regarding the products incorporated in the Work, the Contractor shall furnish and deliver the data described in this section and in pertinent other sections of these specifications. All submittals shall be made in strict accordance with the provisions of Section 01300. Required contents of submittals may also be amplified in the pertinent other sections. In preparation of the data required by this section, the Contractor shall use only personnel who are thoroughly trained and experienced in operation and maintenance of the described items, completely familiar with the requirements of this section, and skilled in technical writing to the degree needed for communicating the essential data.
Operation and Maintenance Data. GENERAL QUALITY ASSURANCE Contractor shall prepare instructions and data by personnel experienced in maintenance and operation of described products. FORMAT Contractor shall prepare data in the form of an instructional manual entitled “OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL & INSTRUCTIONS” (“Manual”).
