Common use of Operating Procedure Clause in Contracts

Operating Procedure. As of the Effective Date, the Operating Procedure shall be deemed to have come into effect with respect to the Title Documents and the Joint Lands without any further execution by the Parties and shall thenceforth govern the relationship of the Parties in accordance with their respective Participating Interest with respect to all operations conducted in connection with the exploration, development, operation and maintenance of the Joint Lands for the production of petroleum substances.

Operating Procedure.
