Operating Procedure. On each and every occasion that Operators are determined, by the above definition, to be a sleeper, the following options will apply:

Operating Procedure. The parties agree that the Operating Procedure as amended by this Agreement governs the relationship of the parties hereto and applies to all operations conducted in respect of the exploration, development and maintenance of the Joint Lands for the production of petroleum substances.

As of the Effective Date, the Operating Procedure shall be deemed to have come into effect with respect to the Title Documents and the Joint Lands without any further execution by the Parties and shall thenceforth govern the relationship of the Parties in accordance with their respective Participating Interest with respect to all operations conducted in connection with the exploration, development, operation and maintenance of the Joint Lands for the production of petroleum substances.
Operating Procedure. The Farmee will designate the initial Operator and set the terms of the operating procedure according to the 1990 Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen “CAPL” operating procedure. Operations at all times shall be in accordance with the “CAPL”.
Operating Procedure. The Operating Procedure and Accounting Procedure shall govern joint operations on the Farmout Lands earned under this agreement.
Operating Procedure. As of the Effective Date, the Operating Procedure will govern the relationship of the Parties as to their Pooled Interests and will apply to all Operations conducted with respect to the exploration, development and maintenance of the Pooled Lands and the production of Pooled Substances. Subject to the provisions of this Head Agreement and the Operating Procedure, (blank) accepts the appointment of initial Operator and agrees to assume, as of the Effective Date, the duties, obligations and rights of the Operator under the Operating Procedure. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 9.00 and Article 10.00 of the Operating Procedure, under no circumstance may a Party Complete a well in one or more formations included in the Pooled Lands with any other formations or substances not included in the Pooled Lands or Pooled Substances without the consent of the other Parties, which consent may be refused by a Party for any reason. The Parties agree that detailed terms for a Completion of a well for production from both the Pooled Lands and rights not included in the Pooled Lands are not sufficiently addressed in the Operating Procedure and require a separate agreement.
