Common use of Opening Statements Clause in Contracts

Contracting Parties, International Governmental and non-Governmental Organisations are encouraged to provide written opening statements and are invited to submit these statements to the Secretariat in advance for distribution and incorporation into the report of the Meeting. The Chair will invite representatives of non-Party Range States to give an indication of their Government’s considerations regarding accession to ▇▇▇▇.
