Common use of Opening and Closing Dates Clause in Contracts

Opening and Closing Dates. Pursuant to Part II.X above, University and residence hall opening and closing dates are subject to change due to unforeseen events or extraordinary circumstances beyond the University’s control, including, but not limited to, the enactment, issuance, or operation of any municipal, county, State, or federal law or ordinance, or any executive, administrative, governmental, or judicial regulation, order, or decree, or by any directive by the University of North Carolina, and shall be in the sole discretion of UNC Charlotte.
