Opening and Closing Dates. “Opening of Escrow” shall occur when Escrow Agent accepts this Agreement in the space provided at the end of this Agreement. The closing of this transaction (the “Closing” or the “Close of Escrow”) shall take place at the office of the Escrow Agent on December 17, 2013.

On the date of closing, failure to vacate your room on a timely basis may result in a $100 late move out fee. Residence halls and dining halls are closed during Winter Break. Requests for access to the residence halls during winter break, if approved, will only be permitted during normal business hours and students will incur a $50 access fee.
