Opening Date. The Lessee shall open the business for trading on the opening date as defined in clause 3 hereof. Should the Lessee fail to open, a penalty of R5,000.00 (Five Thousand Rand) shall be imposed for each day that the lessee fails to open and trade, in a bona-fide manner.
Opening Date. The opening year of the Charter School is SY2018.
Opening Date. The Opening Date shall in no event be earlier than the date on which all of the following have occurred: (i) all licenses, permits, and other approvals and instruments necessary for operation of the Project (or phase thereof) have been obtained, and (ii) on the Opening Date there will be no ongoing construction on any portion of the Project (or phase thereof) that would materially adversely limit, restrict, disturb or interfere with the experience of the Project owners and guests. If, as of the Opening Date, there remain to be completed minor unfinished punchlist items or installation of incidental FF&E and Fixed Asset Supplies in the common areas, lobby, administrative offices or any units to be opened on the Opening Date, none of which preclude Licensee from operating the Project (or phase thereof) in accordance with the Design Standards, the Opening Date shall not be delayed for such reasons; however, Licensee shall be obligated to promptly finish such items pursuant to the requirements of this Addendum.
Opening Date. Great Lakes will notify Tall Pines of the opening of a Development for business, within ten (10) days after the opening.

The "Opening Date" shall be the date on which the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit, together with a fully executed copy or counterpart copies of the Purchase Agreement are received by the Escrow Agent. Escrow Agent is hereby instructed to enter that Opening Date on the first page of this Agreement and return a copy to both Seller and Purchaser.

Opening Date. Franchisor and Franchisee agree to an estimated opening date of 16-06-2020 ("Opening Date"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Franchisee agrees not to commence any operations for the New Franchisee Business until Franchisor has approved the specifications of the business as adhering to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Operator – including Small Operators – specifically understands that the Port intends to commence rental car operations from the Consolidated Rental Car Facility on the Opening Date whether (or not) Operator or any particular Operator has completed its Initial Tenant Improvements and/or is ready to commence operations. Therefore, Operator – including Small Operators – shall have installed all furniture, trade fixtures and office equipment, completed all systems/process testing, and otherwise be fully and completely ready to commence operations no later than the Opening Date. In addition, no Operator shall be permitted to operate from the Airport terminal or Airport garage on or after the Opening Date. Operator specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Opening Date established by the Port includes adequate time for construction of Operators’ (and each Operator’s) Initial Tenant Improvements as well as not less than forty five days for “burn-in,” during which Operators (and each Operator) is expected to complete the installation of any furniture, trade fixtures and office equipment not completed as part of the Initial Tenant Improvements, complete all systems/process testing, and otherwise do anything and everything else necessary to be fully operational on the Opening Date.
