Common use of ONTARIO RESIDENTS Clause in Contracts

ONTARIO RESIDENTS. On recruitment of tradesmen who live in Ontario, but beyond one hundred and sixty-one (161) radius kilometers from the Project, the Employer shall pay thirty-six cents (36¢) per radius kilometer effective November 5, 2013 (thirty-seven cents (37¢) per radius kilometer effective May 1, 2014), plus travel time based on one (1) hour's pay for each eighty (80) radius kilometers of travel to a maximum of eight (8) hours' pay, for the initial trip to the Project from where the tradesman lives or place of recruitment, whichever is closer to the Project.

On recruitment of tradesmen who live in Ontario, but beyond one hundred and sixtyone hundred and eighty-one nine (161189) radius road driven kilometers from the Project, the Employer shall pay thirty-six cents (36¢) per radius kilometer effective November 5, 2013 (thirty-seven cents (37¢) per radius road driven kilometer effective May 1, 2014), plus travel time based on one (( 1) hour's pay for each eighty ninety-six (8096) radius road driven kilometers of travel to a maximum of eight (8) hours' pay, for the initial trip to the Project from where the tradesman lives or place of recruitment, whichever is closer to the Project.
