Common use of ONTARIO RESIDENTS Clause in Contracts

ONTARIO RESIDENTS. On recruitment of tradesmen who live in Ontario but beyond 161 radius kilometers from the project, the Employer shall pay 35¢ per radius kilometer, plus travel time based on one hour's pay for each 80 radius kilometers of travel to a maximum of 8 hours' pay, for the initial trip to the project from where the tradesmen lives or place of recruitment, whichever is closer to the project.

ONTARIO RESIDENTS. On recruitment of tradesmen who live in Ontario but beyond 161 radius kilometers from the project, the Employer shall pay 35¢ $0.41 per radius kilometerkilometer effective October 18, 2010 plus travel time based on one (1) hour's pay for each 80 radius kilometers of travel to a maximum of 8 eight (8) hours' pay, for the initial trip to the project from where the tradesmen tradesman lives or place of recruitment, whichever is closer to the project.

On recruitment of tradesmen who live in Ontario but beyond 161 radius kilometers from the project, the Employer shall pay 35¢ as an allowance 36¢ per radius kilometer, plus travel time based on one (1) hour's base rate of pay for each 80 radius kilometers of travel to a maximum of 8 hours' pay, 640 kilometers for the initial trip to the project from where the tradesmen lives live or place of recruitment, whichever is closer to the project.

ONTARIO RESIDENTS. On recruitment of tradesmen who live in Ontario but beyond 161 radius one hundred and eighty-nine (189) road-driven kilometers from the project, the Employer shall pay 35¢ $0.41 per radius kilometerroad-driven kilometer effective October 18, 2010 plus travel time based on one (1) hour's pay for each 80 radius ninety-six (96) road-driven kilometers of travel to a maximum of 8 eight (8) hours' pay, for the initial trip to the project from where the tradesmen tradesman lives or place of recruitment, whichever is closer to the project.

On recruitment of tradesmen who live in Ontario but beyond 161 162 radius kilometers from the project, the Employer shall pay 35¢ 30¢ per radius kilometer, kilometer plus an allowance for travel time based on equivalent to one hour's pay for each 80 81 radius kilometers of travel to a maximum of 8 hours' pay, ’ pay for the initial trip to the project from where the tradesmen tradesman lives or place of recruitment, whichever is closer to the project.

On recruitment of tradesmen who live in Ontario but beyond 161 radius kilometers from the project, the Employer shall pay 35¢ 20¢ per radius kilometer, kilometer plus an allowance for travel time based on of one hour's base rate of pay for each 80 radius kilometers of travel to a maximum of 8 hours' pay, pay for the initial trip to the project from where the tradesmen tradesman lives or place of recruitment, whichever is closer to the project.

ONTARIO RESIDENTS. On recruitment of tradesmen who live in Ontario but beyond 161 radius kilometers one hundred and eighty-nine (189) road-driven kilometres from the project, effective January 04, 2021, the Employer shall pay 35¢ as an allowance $0.44 cents per radius kilometerroad-driven kilometres, plus travel time based on one (1) hour's pay for each 80 radius kilometers 96 road-driven kilometres of travel to a maximum of 8 eight (8) hours' pay, for the initial trip to the project from where the tradesmen tradesman lives or place of recruitment, whichever is closer to the project.
