Common use of Onsite Visit Clause in Contracts

Onsite Visit. At EI's discretion, with reasonable advance notice, EI reserves the right to make onsite visits to the Facilities. In connection with such visits, COMPANY will provide to EI, as and when required by EI, access for a reasonable number of EI personnel to office premises at the sites equipped with standard office equipment as available to personnel of COMPANY in proximate offices, at no charge.
