Best Pricing Offer During the Contract term, if substantially the same or a smaller quantity of a Product is sold by the Contractor outside of this Contract upon the same or similar terms and conditions as that of this Contract at a lower price to a federal, state or local governmental entity, the price under this Contract, at the discretion of the Commissioner, shall be immediately reduced to the lower price. Change Request Either Landlord or Tenant may request Changes after Landlord approves the Approved Plans by notifying the other party thereof in writing in substantially the same form as the AIA standard change order form (a “Change Request”), which Change Request shall detail the nature and extent of any requested Changes, including (a) the Change, (b) the party required to perform the Change and (c) any modification of the Approved Plans and the Schedule, as applicable, necessitated by the Change. If the nature of a Change requires revisions to the Approved Plans, then the requesting party shall be solely responsible for the cost and expense of such revisions and any increases in the cost of the Tenant Improvements as a result of such Change. Change Requests shall be signed by the requesting party’s Authorized Representative.
Grant Completion Deadline The grant completion deadline is the end date of this Agreement set forth in Section 2 above. The Grant Completion Deadline is the date when all grant and matching funds have been paid out or incurred in accordance with the work described in the Scope of Work, detailed in the Estimated Project Budget. If the Grantee finds it necessary to request an extension of the Grant Completion Deadline, an Amendment to the Agreement must be executed as per Section 7, and the stipulations in Section 15 must be met.

Termination Upon Notice Following thirty (30) days’ written notice, the State Entity may terminate the Contract in whole or in part without the payment of any penalty or incurring any further obligation to the Contractor. Following termination upon notice, the Contractor shall be entitled to compensation, upon submission of invoices and proper proof of claim, for goods and services provided under the Contract to the State Entity up to and including the date of termination.
Possibility of Declining a Request 1. The requested Party shall not be required to obtain or provide information that the applicant Party would not be able to obtain under its own laws for purposes of the administration or enforcement of its own tax laws. The competent authority of the requested Party may decline to assist where the request is not made in conformity with this Agreement.
Change Request Procedures 4.1. Either party can request changes to the Service in accordance with the change request form attached to the Order Form or provided by SAP from time to time (“Change Request”).
BFR (Bona Fide Request) The process described in the Network Element Attachment that prescribes the terms and conditions relating to a Party's request that the other Party provide a UNE that it is not otherwise required to provide under the terms of this Agreement.

Term Termination 8.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the date hereof and shall continue in force until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.
