Best Pricing Offer. Price decreases or discount increases are permitted and encouraged at any time during the term of the Contract. In the event of price decreases, the decreases shall take effect automatically during the Contract term and apply to orders submitted subsequent to the effective dates of applicable price decreases.

Best Pricing Offer. ‌ During the term of the Agreement, if the COUNTY becomes aware of better pricing offered by the CONTRACTOR for substantially the same or a smaller quantity of a Product outside the Agreement, but upon the same or similar terms of the Agreement, then the CONTRACTOR will extend the lower pricing to the COUNTY or the COUNTY may purchase that item for the lower price from another provider. The COUNTY will provide proof that the lower price is offered by another provider when requesting that the CONTRACTOR reduce its prices. If the CONTRACTOR lowers their pricing during the term of the Agreement, the CONTRACTOR will automatically furnish the lower price to the COUNTY without prompting.
