Ongoing Exclusive Hiring. When making hires after the commencement of operations, the Permanent Employer will hire only Local Low Income Residents for a five-day period following the notification of job opportunities. During such periods Permanent Employers may hire Local Low-Income Residents recruited or referred through any source. After such periods, Permanent Employers shall make good-faith efforts to hire Local Low-Income Residents, but may hire any applicant recruited or referred through any source.
