Ongoing Eligibility. To receive a contribution to a health insurance for a month, an employee must be in a pay status for at least eight (8) hours in the prior month. Effective January 1, 2007, an employee will be taken off this benefit effective July 1, if an employee is in a pay-status for an average of less-than twenty (20) hours a week during January, February, and March. Management agrees not to reduce work hours of such employees for the sole purpose of denying them this benefit.
