Ongoing CQI. ‌ As outlined in DoHS’s CQI Plan, data collection and associated reporting are established. Recurring program-level reviews occur monthly, with cross-bureau, cross-functional quality committee reviews occurring quarterly. Data, analyses, and discussions from these reviews are used to inform the semiannual Quality and Outcomes Reports. For areas needing specific, time- limited focus on improvement, PIP teams are formed and meet on an increased frequency to review data and take action to influence the results. DoHS currently has PIP teams focused on the following areas: Wraparound fidelity, QIA, discharge planning, and EPSDT with mental health screening for Medicaid-eligible children. DoHS routinely meets with providers and vendors to expand data collection, improve data quality, and provide reporting associated with quality improvement efforts. Providers, vendors, and other stakeholders are regularly involved in and contribute to DoHS quality improvement activities. DoHS CQI processes and activities continue to evolve with efforts now focused on improving data quality and completion, county and provider level analyses, and cross-systems analyses to gain a better understanding of the child and family journey within the service system.   • Ongoing Trunk Forecast Requirements Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING BOYCOTTING CERTAIN ENERGY COMPANIES (Texas law as of September 1, 2021) By submitting a proposal to this Solicitation, you certify that you agree, when it is applicable, to the following required by Texas law as of September 1, 2021: If (a) company is not a sole proprietorship; (b) company has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this contract has a value of $100,000 or more that is to be paid wholly or partly from public funds, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 2274 of SB 13 (87th session), the company hereby certifies and verifies that the company, or any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company, or affiliate of these entities or business associations, if any, does not boycott energy companies and will not boycott energy companies during the term of the contract. For purposes of this contract, the term “company” shall mean an organization, association, corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, or limited liability company, that exists to make a profit. The term “boycott energy company” shall mean “without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company (a) engages in the exploration, production, utilization, transportation, sale, or manufacturing of fossil fuel-based energy and does not commit or pledge to meet environmental standards beyond applicable federal and state law, or (b) does business with a company described by paragraph (a).” See Tex. Gov’t Code § 809.001(1).

  • Financial Management, Financial Reports and Audits 1. The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.09 of the General Conditions.

  • DOES THE SPR NEED TO BE UPDATED IF INFORMATION CHANGES Yes. It remains a continuing obligation of the principal or his/her authorized agent to update the SPR whenever any of the information provided on the initial form changes. WHERE DO THE SPR AND ANY UPDATES NEED TO BE FILED? The SPR needs to be filed with the County Department or County Division processing the application or matter. If and when an additional expenditure is incurred subsequent to the initial filing of the SPR, an amended SPR needs to be filed with the County Department or County Division where the original application, including the initial SPR, was filed. WHEN DO THE SPR AND ANY UPDATES NEED TO BE FILED? In most cases, the initial SPR needs to be filed with the other application forms. The SPR and any update must be filed with the appropriate County Department or County Division not less than seven (7) days prior to the BCC hearing date so that they may be incorporated into the BCC agenda packet. (See Section 2-354(b), Orange County Code.) When the matter is a discussion agenda item or is the subject of a public hearing, and any additional expenditure occurs less than 7 days prior to BCC meeting date or updated information is not included in the BCC agenda packet, the principal or his/her authorized agent is obligated to verbally present the updated information to the BCC when the agenda item is heard or the public hearing is held. When the matter is a consent agenda item and an update has not been made at least 7 days prior to the BCC meeting or the update is not included in the BCC agenda packet, the item will be pulled from the consent agenda to be considered at a future meeting.

  • Disclosure to FERC or its Staff Notwithstanding anything in this Section 17 to the contrary, and pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 1b.20, if FERC or its staff, during the course of an investigation or otherwise, requests information from one of the Interconnection Parties that is otherwise required to be maintained in confidence pursuant to this Interconnection Service Agreement, the Interconnection Party, shall provide the requested information to FERC or its staff, within the time provided for in the request for information. In providing the information to FERC or its staff, the Interconnection Party must, consistent with 18 C.F.R. § 388.122, request that the information be treated as confidential and non-public by FERC and its staff and that the information be withheld from public disclosure. Interconnection Parties are prohibited from notifying the other Interconnection Parties prior to the release of the Confidential Information to the Commission or its staff. An Interconnection Party shall notify the other Interconnection Parties to the Interconnection Service Agreement when it is notified by FERC or its staff that a request to release Confidential Information has been received by FERC, at which time any of the Interconnection Parties may respond before such information would be made public, pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 388.112.

  • Recognition for Past Experience All RNs hired during the term of this Agreement shall be given full credit (year for year) for continuous recent experience when placed on the wage scale. For the purpose of this section, continuous recent experience as a registered nurse shall be defined as clinical nursing experience in an accredited hospital or skilled nursing facility (including temporary employment with an employer) without a break in nursing experience that would reduce the level of nursing skills in the opinion of the Employer.
