On-Site Obligations. If Hyland personnel are working on Customer’s premises (a) Customer will provide a reasonably safe and secure working environment for Hyland personnel, and (b) Hyland will comply with all reasonable workplace safety and security standards and policies, applicable to Customer’s employees, of which Hyland is notified in writing by Customer in advance.
