Scope of Agreement 1. 1 This Agreement applies to and governs all Transactions entered into between the Parties prior to and after the Effective Date, except those Transactions that have been performed in full prior to the Effective Date.

Scope of Agreement 1. 1 The Customer entrusts the Contractor, and the Contractor undertakes to render the Recruitment Services including search, selection and introduction of requirements (hereinafter the «Services»). Each Service Order shall be sent by the Customer`s authorized representative to the Contractor`s authorized representative in writing by mail or by electronic communication means (e-mail: xxxxx@xxxx-xxxxx.xx). Each Order shall be duly executed by the Parties as a respective Appendix hereto making integral part of this Agreement. Template of Annex is located in Annex 1 of the present Agreement. 2. Contractor`s rights and obligations 2.1 The Contractor undertakes to: 2.1.1 Render to the Customer a package of Services with regard to stuffing Customer`s current vacancies in the positions expressly referred to in Appendices hereto making integral part of this Agreement. 2.1.2 Provide the Customer with consultations on drafting Appendices hereto to ensure the information contained there in will enable the Contractor to render its Services in a workmanlike and timely manner. 2.1.3 Introduce to the Customer, for each vacancy, a required number of candidates complying with the letter`s requirements as set out in Appendices hereto.
