On-Call Duties. If the employee is required to be on an after-hours’ roster, there should be a clear statement to that effect. This section should also state the size or frequency of the roster e.g. 1:4 or 1:8 and the usual level of resident medical officer support that clearly indicates whether the call is 1st or 2nd call.

On-Call Duties. A Service and Support Administrator who is required to be on call on one of the holidays as set forth in Section 23.1 above, shall receive a payment of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each holiday assigned. SSAs must submit a request for payment within five (5) days of the holiday in order to receive payment. Payments under this section that are not requested within five (5) days of the holiday in which the SSA was on call are forfeited.
On-Call Duties. There will be a Juvenile Probation Officer on call at the direction and discretion of the Department Head. Juvenile Officers will rotate this duty. They will be expected to follow the Stephenson County Juvenile Detention and Notification Procedure Manual that was approved on 6/20/16 and revised on 1/13/17, along with any future revisions, as deemed necessary by the Department Head. For a standard week, on call compensation shall be three and one half (3.5) hours of compensatory time. If a major holiday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day falls during the scheduled week of on call the employee on call shall earn an additional 2 hours of compensatory time. On call compensatory time shall be earned whether or not the officer's service/assistance is requested by law enforcement.
On-Call Duties. Employees in the EHS III classification, either permanently or as a temporary assignment, may be assigned weekend and holiday on-call duties, including extended holiday weekends when the District is closed, for a maximum of twelve (12) total days per calendar year. Each day shall be considered 24 hours, midnight to midnight. When responding to calls, employees will be paid for the actual time worked, including any overtime owed based on the total hours worked during the week. In addition, employees will be paid an on- call stipend of $21.83 for each day spent on-call.

  • On-Call Duty (a) Employees shall be paid one (1) hour of pay at the regular straight time rate for each six (6) hours of assigned on-call duty. Employees who are assigned on-call duty for less than six (6) hours shall be paid on a prorated basis.

Subject to Section 5 of this Agreement, and in accordance with the directions of the Owner Trustee, the Administrator shall administer, perform or supervise the performance of such other activities in connection with the Collateral (including the Related Agreements) as are not covered by any of the foregoing provisions and as are expressly requested by the Owner Trustee and are reasonably within the capability of the Administrator. Such responsibilities shall include providing to the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee the monthly servicing report in an appropriate electronic form.
