OMB Standards. The CDC shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of Attachment O of OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow Attachment N, Property Management Standards as modified by 24 CFR 570.502(b)(6), covering utilization and disposal of property.
