Common use of O.L.C. PLEDGE Clause in Contracts

O.L.C. PLEDGE. The O.L.C. agrees to fairly represent all members of the bargaining unit subject to Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code. Subject to the provisions of this Contract, the O.L.C., within the terms of its Constitution and By-Laws, agrees not to discriminate against any member of the bargaining unit on the basis of his/her membership or non-membership in the O.L.C. as it pertains to representation nor to discriminate, interfere with, restrain or coerce any member because of or regarding his/her activities or non-activities for the O.L.C.
