Joint Pledge. The City and the Lodge shall not discriminate against any member on the basis of the member's age, race, color, sex, creed, religion, ancestry, marital status, veteran's status, military status, political affiliation, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation as provided by law.

Joint Pledge. The provisions of this Contract shall be applied equally to all employees in the bargaining Unit without regard to age, color, disability, gender identity or expression, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or military status.

Any such investigation or disciplinary procedure may run concurrently with the grievance procedure as outlined in Article 9.
