Common use of OHIO LAW Clause in Contracts

OHIO LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by Ohio law without reference to the choice of law principles thereof or any other jurisdiction. Any litigation that may be brought by either the Company or Executive involving the enforcement of this Agreement or any rights, duties, or obligations under this Agreement, shall be brought exclusively in an Ohio state court or United States District Court located in the Northern District in the State of Ohio.
