OFFLINE. MP shall promote AOL in MP's television, radio and print advertisements and in any publications, programs, features or other forms of media over which MP exercises at least partial editorial control, including, without limitation, the following: . Specific references or mentions (verbally where possible) of the Affiliated MP Site's availability through American Online(R) immediately following any reference to any MP Interactive Site; and . Prominent promotion of the AOL "keyword" for the Affiliated MP Site whenever it mentions the "URL(s)" for the MP Interactive Site. Member Acquisition Programs --------------------------- The Parties shall negotiate, in good faith, various AOL member acquisition programs, including, without limitation, the bundling of AOL software with products (i.e.: computer hardware, peripheral and packaged software) shipped by MP to existing MP customers who are not members of AOL./2/ ------------------ /1/ AOL will pay MP a one-time standard bounty for each person who registers for the AOL Network using MP's special identifier for this promotion and subsequently pays AOL monthly usage fees across at least three billing cycles for the use of the AOL Network. OFFLINE. In eToys' television, radio and print advertisements and in any publications, programs, features or other forms of media over which eToys exercises at least partial editorial control, eToys will make reasonable efforts to include on a periodic basis: - Specific references or mentions (verbally where possible) of the Affiliated eToys Site's availability through America Online-Registered TradeMark- in connection with any reference to any eToys Interactive Site; and - The specific instances in which such reference appear shall be as determined by eToys in its reasonable editorial discretion. Subject to the requirements of Section 1 of Exhibit F, eToys will be entitled to issue a press release regarding this Agreement.

OFFLINE. To the extent that InfoSpace shall promote any other Interactive Service, InfoSpace shall prominently promote AOL in InfoSpace's television, radio and print advertisements and in any publications, programs, features or other forms of media over which InfoSpace exercises editorial control on terms and conditions (including, without limitation, scope, purpose, amount, prominence or regularity) that are no less favorable than the terms and conditions provided to such other Interactive Service. InfoSpace will include specific references or mentions (verbally where possible) of the AOL White Page's availability through America Online(R) and Digital City at least as prominent as any reference to any third party Interactive Service; for instance, a listing of the "URL(s)" of an Interactive Site will be accompanied by the AOL "keyword" for the AOL White Pages. This Section shall not apply to press releases or other promotional activities primarily dedicated to the announcement of the establishment or enhancement of any specific relationship between InfoSpace and a third party.
