Common use of Office Provisions Clause in Contracts

Office Provisions. The Company will provide the Union Co-chairperson of the Joint Health and Safety Committee with an office, a telephone, one (1) filing cabinet, one (1) computer with internet and email access and one (1) cellular phone for Company use only. The Company will provide each Chief Area Health and Safety Representative with one (1) filing cabinet and access to a telephone.
