Common use of Office Location Clause in Contracts

Office Location. The office of the Main Street Director may be located other than in the City Administration Building located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, but if so, Main Street shall be solely responsible for all cost associated with such alternate location, including, but not limited to, rent and all utilities necessary for operation of the alternate office location. No costs associated with an alternate office location will be borne by the CRA or the City.
