Common use of Offered Services Clause in Contracts

Offered Services. 3.1 Sprint may, from time-to-time, during the term of this Agreement, order BA Offered Services from BA. 3.2 BA may, from time-to-time, during the term of this Agreement, order Sprint Offered Services from Sprint. 3.3 An Offered Service shall be ordered by a Purchasing Party in accordance with the procedures established in or pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the procedures established in or pursuant to Attachment 4, “Provisioning and Ordering”. 3.4 Upon receipt and acceptance by a Providing Party of an Order for an Offered Service from the Purchasing Party, the Providing Party shall provide, and the Purchasing Party shall subscribe to, use and pay for, the Offered Service, in accordance with this Agreement.
