Offender Per Diem Rates. CCP-West (Warm Springs): Department will pay Contractor a per diem rate of $75.30 (seventy- five and 30/100 dollars) per offender, per day- not to exceed contract maximum in section 4.1.1. Program capacity at the Warm Springs facility is eighty-six (86) treatment beds, with maximum compensation calculated at an Average Daily Population of eighty-six (86) beds for the contract year.
