CONTRACTOR must follow ACCD 5.1.300 Treatment Program Structure PPD 5.1.100 Program Structures CONTRACTOR will offer an abbreviated 90-day Methamphetamine and related drug treatment program, in accordance with ARM 20.7.904, for up to five (5) female offenders who have not previously attended the standard Elkhorn nine (9) month program or who have attended the standard program but are in need of additional treatment. Existing therapeutic community phases will be shortened modified to allow offenders to complete the abbreviated program in 90 days. Offenders will be assigned an offender mentor in the first week and remain in phase 0 for that week before they are expected to become a full participant in their recovery program. Mental Health evaluations will be completed in the first 2 weeks of the program. Mental health programming will focus on immediate stabilization, identification of problems, and providing skills for long-term coping. Contractor will identify and utilize community resources for continuation of curriculums and to accomplish each offender’s aftercare goals. Aftercare resources may include, but are not limited to, learning and practicing skills necessary to gain and maintain stable employment, making aftercare appointments and providing contacts and schedules for support recovery group meetings.   • Sales Reporting Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies that Vendor will properly report all TIPS sales. With the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Developer, the NYISO, or Connecting Transmission Owner each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

  • Safeguarding requirements and procedures (1) The Contractor shall apply the following basic safeguarding requirements and procedures to protect covered contractor information systems.   • EDD Independent Contractor Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the state.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Contractors. An independent Contractor is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.
