Offboarding. Purchaser may request the offboarding of a Support Employee. If Purchaser and Seller agree to offboard a Support Employee, or if a Support Employee voluntarily terminates employment with Seller, Seller shall initiate and manage offboarding processes for voluntary and involuntary terminations.
