OEM Customers. Company shall perform the following steps for each OEM Customer. Company shall: (1) Provide Recovery Images and Update Images to OEM Customers as received from an AR and in accordance with the Resource Guide. (2) Provide Supplements on external media and any related OEM ATs for OEM Customer as received from an AR or MS Party. (3) Forward to MS OEM Customer-signed originals of any hardcopy CLAs returned to Company in time for sales-out reporting.
