OEM Customers. The parties will use their commercially reasonable efforts to negotiate and discuss the sales and marketing efforts relating to the integration into or bundling and shipment of CSW Multimedia Product by any OEM Customer. In any event, CSW agrees that, to the extent it enters into any distribution agreement with an OEM Customer, such agreement can only be for the sale or distribution of a CSW Multimedia Product if such CSW Multimedia Product is sold to an end-user together with a "Personal Computer System" (defined as a computer system consisting of, at a minimum, an x86 or Pentium-compatible microprocessor-based motherboard together with a hard disk drive, power supply, and memory system, assembled in a casing).
OEM Customers. Company shall perform the following steps for each OEM Customer. Company shall:
OEM Customers. (a) Licensee for itself and its Affiliates hereby grants to Licensors the right to allow original equipment manufacturers to import into any country in the Licensed Territory vehicles fitted outside the Licensed Territory with any Licensed Products manufactured, distributed, and or sold by Licensors or Licensors’ Affiliates. Further, Licensee will not object to the import of such original equipment vehicles into the Licensed Territory.
OEM Customers. The term “OEM Customers” shall mean [**].
OEM Customers. If TABLEAU sells, Leases, or sublicenses the Licensed Program(s) to an OEM Customer, TABLEAU will contractually require such OEM Customer to comply with the terms of Section 12 of this Agreement. On behalf of STANFORD, TABLEAU will (1) not make any representation or warranty to an OEM Customer and (2) disclaim any and all liability to the OEM Customer.”

Rockwell Automation consents to such use of the Cloud Services provided You abide by the XXXX and Addendum terms, and You shall be fully responsible for Your customers’ acts and omissions, including Your customers’ compliance with the XXXX and Addendum. If You are an end customer receiving an OEM product, You acknowledge and agree that (i) You have accepted and are bound by this Addendum and the XXXX; (ii) the OEM is not authorized to modify or amend this Addendum or the XXXX or to offer any warranties or representations regarding the Cloud Services; (iii) Rockwell Automation’s sole obligations with regard to the Cloud Services are as set forth in the XXXX and this Addendum; and (iv) You will look solely to the OEM for any defects in the OEM product and services, or any incompatibilities with the Cloud Services.
OEM Customers. The parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts ------------- to work together to sell Compact Flash Controllers to OEM customers, as to be agreed in writing by the parties.
