OCM. “OCM” shall have the meaning given to such term in the Preamble hereto.
OCM. Prior to the start of construction, Owner will identify its OCM, who has the express authority to act on behalf of the Owner to the extent and for the purposes described in the Contract, including responsibilities for general administration of the Contract.
