Common use of Occupancy of Bed Space Clause in Contracts

Occupancy of Bed Space. i. University shall assign each Licensee to a specific bed space within the facilities. University reserves the right to change room assignments, assign a new Licensee, or reassign a current Licensee to any unoccupied bed space at any time, and/or consolidate vacancies in the interest of health, discipline, occupancy, or for the general welfare of the Licensee.
