Common use of Obtaining Services Clause in Contracts

Obtaining Services. Acceptance or use of Service offered by AT&T Long Distance shall be deemed an application for such Service and an agreement by Customer to subscribe to, to use, and to pay for such Service. Customer must provide AT&T Long Distance with whatever authorization(s), proof of identification, and/or other information AT&T Long Distance deems appropriate. These terms and conditions and AT&T Long Distance’s applicable rates apply to calls made with AT&T Long Distance using a calling card issued by a LEC.
