Obtaining Services. Acceptance or use of Service offered by AT&T Long Distance shall be deemed an application for such Service and an agreement by Customer to subscribe to, to use, and to pay for such Service. Customer must provide AT&T Long Distance with whatever authorization(s), proof of identification, and/or other information AT&T Long Distance deems appropriate.

Obtaining Services. To obtain Service, SBCS requires the Customer to provide SBCS with whatever authorization SBCS deems appropriate. Upon SBCS’s acceptance of this authorization, all applicable SBCS terms and conditions, as amended from time-to-time, become the agreement for Service between SBCS and the Customer. Acceptance or use of Service offered by SBCS shall be deemed an application for such Service and an agreement by the Customer to subscribe to, use, and pay for such Service.
Obtaining Services. 9.1 You should carefully review the description of any Service you intend to book to ensure you (and any additional purchasers you are booking for) meet any minimum age, proficiency, fitness or other requirements which the Service Provider has specified. At your sole discretion you may want to inform the Service Provider of any medical or physical conditions, or other circumstances that may impact your and any additional purchaser’s ability to participate in any Service. In addition, certain laws, like the minimum legal drinking age in the location of the Service, may also apply. You are responsible for identifying, understanding, and complying with all laws, rules and regulations that apply to your participation in a Service.

  • Training Services All training services, including any Deliverables, are provided for Customer’s internal training purposes only. Customer may not replicate the Deliverables or use the Deliverables to develop any of the products described in such training Deliverables. Training Deliverables are not subject to any maintenance, support, or updates.

  • Dining Services The Contract is for a space in a University Housing & Dining Services (“UHDS”) facility and not for a particular room or type of housing. By signing this Contract, you agree to accept your residence assignment, and understand this assignment may change. Once you receive a key to your assigned residence or move personal belongings into your room (whichever comes first) you are considered to have taken occupancy (“Occupancy”) and will incur charges. You also agree to familiarize yourself and comply with all University policies governing occupancy, including those set forth in this Contract and in the UHDS publication Student Policy and Information Guide, to be considerate of other residents and to respect the rights of others at all times.   • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. At the time of, or prior to, our recommendation to you we will discuss our on-going service proposition. This is confirmed in our ‘service proposition and engagement’ document which will be sent to you separately from this agreement.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Counseling Services Counseling services are available to Residents through the UC Health Employee Assistance Program. In addition, residents may utilize their health insurance coverage to access mental health care under the terms and conditions of their health care insurance provider.
