OBTAINING APPROVAL. OBTAINING APPROVAL. 1. Whenever Secondary Employment of any type is sought by an employee, the employee will submit the appropriate application through his chain of command. For Extra-Duty Employment, form OCP-003A will be submitted. For Outside Employment, form OCP-003B will be submitted. Forms are available on the computer “R” drive. These forms will be completed electronically, and will be sent via email through the chain of command.
