Observation of the Unit - Operations. The Utility may conduct on-site verification of the operations of the Unit after it commences operations if the Utility has a reasonable basis for doing so based on its responsibility to provide continuous and reliable utility service or as authorized by the provisions of the Utility’s Retail Electric Tariff relating to the verification of customer installations generally.

  • Formal Observations 1. A minimum of two (2) formal observations shall be conducted to support the final summative evaluation. All formal observations shall last a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive minutes and will take place between September 15 and April 30. There will be a minimum of fifteen (15) work days between the first two (2) formal observations.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • Observation The Town shall have the right to make reasonable engineering observations at the Developer's expense, as the Town may request. Observation, acquiescence in, or approval by any engineering inspector of the construction of physical facilities at any particular time shall not constitute the approval by the Town of any portion of the construction of such Public Improvements.
