Common use of Observance of Law Clause in Contracts

Observance of Law. Tenant shall comply with all provisions of law, including without limitation, federal, state, county and city laws, ordinances and regulations and any other governmental, quasi-governmental or municipal regulations which relate to the partitioning, equipment operation, alteration, occupancy and use of the Premises, and the making of any repairs, replacements, alterations, additions, changes, substitutions or improvements of or to the Premises. Moreover, Tenant shall comply with all police, fire, and sanitary regulations imposed by any federal, state, county or municipal authorities, or made by insurance underwriters, and to observe and obey all governmental and municipal regulations and other requirements governing the conduct of any business conducted in the Premises.
