Obligations Surviving Termination of this Agreement. 20.1 Provided the requesting Party shall cover the assisting Party’s reasonable costs of cooperating, the assisting Party shall not unreasonably withhold, refuse or delay a request for assistance in respect of litigation, arbitration or other means of dispute resolution, or in respect of a request for information from a regulatory authority or to secure compliance with a law or regulation.
