OBLIGATIONS OF THE GRANTEE. The Grantee shall: undertake to implement the Action, as described in APPENDICES I and II, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the current Agreement; be responsible for complying with any legal obligations incumbent on it; inform the Council of Europe immediately of any change likely to affect or delay the implementation of the Action of which the Grantee is aware.
