Common use of Obligations of the Canadian Loan Parties Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Canadian Loan Parties. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or any other Loan Document to the contrary, no Canadian Loan Party shall be liable or in any manner responsible for, or be deemed to have guaranteed, directly or indirectly, whether as a primary obligor, guarantor, indemnitor, or otherwise, and none of their assets shall secure, directly or indirectly, any of the U.S. Loan Parties’ U.S. Obligations (including, without limitation, principal, interest, fees, penalties, premiums, expenses, charges, reimbursements, indemnities or any other U.S. Obligations) under this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
