Subject to the provisions of Section 19, any Successor in Interest of Borrower who assumes Xxxxxxxx’s obligations under this Security Instrument in writing, and is approved by Xxxxxx, will obtain all of Borrower’s rights, obligations, and benefits under this Security Instrument. Obligations of the Client 3.1 The Client is responsible for the information they have provided to GoodHabitz, the use of the Service and keeping access to these confidential.
