Obligation to Bargain. A. The University and the union recognize that changes in federal or state law and judicial decisions may affect this agreement and require modification of the agreement. The parties agree to meet and bargain with regard to any provision of this agreement which has been altered, changed, or nullified by federal or state law or judicial decision.
